Receiving a POTS Diagnosis: Radio Silence, Information Overload, or a Confusing Mix of Both?

A POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) diagnosis can come with radio silence, information overload, or a confusing mix of both—and any version of it can be overwhelming.

When receiving a POTS diagnosis, you might feel lost trying to figure out where to start, and that’s completely normal.

POTS affects each person differently—what works for one person may not work for another. The diagnosis can feel quite overwhelming, but remember: It’s okay to try things one by one.

Progress with POTS happens slowly, and often involves a lot of trial and error.

POTS management is a journey that can’t be rushed—you’re allowed to move at your own pace and learn as you go.
